I drink a lot of water during the day! It rly depends tho. Sometimes I am drinking more than 64 ounces of water, other times it's less. But I still drink a lot :)

ummm.. I just eat the fruit, or add them to breakfast items like cereal, waffles, pancakes, oatmeal, and yogurt. Yum!!!

I don't often make my own smoothies, so I don't have a favorite recipe, but... I would probably like frozen strawberries and banana with fat free vanilla yogurt and honey. :)
