Drinking enough water
Sleeping enough
Walking when I can drive.

Drinking water is NOT my favorite thing to do so I am working on drinking more water every day.
The second thing I need to do is get more sleep. Lately I've been going on about 5 hours of sleep which is not enough.
Third, Up my exercise.

Hi, I'm Jessica. I'm a 40 year old who regularly chases around a 15 year old swimmer (stepdaughter) and a 3 year old boy who acts like he's had one too many espresso's (my son...although he's never really had espresso). I am married to a wonderful man who supports me in whatever I do and I love him for that.
My goal here is to lose the weight I gained after leaving the military and having a baby. I have about 40 pounds to lose until I will be comfortable with how healthy I am.
