I started my weightloss journey about a year and a half ago. I have Lost 20 pounds and kept it off. That may sound like a long time and a small result, but I post this in hope of encouraging people. In my estimation Slow and Steady wins the race!! Dont give up. When things come up in your life, just keep daily making those healthier choices. Excercise and chose the stairs when you have the choice. Just doing these things will eventually pay off. The beginning of my journey I had alot of time and was able to devote myself more to excercise. But as things happened I did not give up. By losing the weight slowly, it has STAYED off easier. So, I have about ten pounds left to go, and I am really happy with my results. Best of luck to all of you. I also highly recommend the ABS diet book. Its not really a diet at all but good nutrition with explanations of WHY to make better choices in food. its awesome, totally helped me out.
