I absolutely loved the show last night. I hated that the Red team and the Orange team had to go up against one another. I thought it was awesome that the Red team sacrificed themselves for Shay. They are truly great people that have all the best intentions. I wish them all the luck. This season's contestants have been and are so amazing. I love that they all see the bigger picture of living healthier lives and losing/keeping the weight off. Bob said it best when he said "game players always gain the weight back". I hope Tracey was listeneing and that she gets her booty back into the right gear.
