Go to the Y again. Find a way to make my workout a little tougher like longer intervals, more resistance or greater reps. See my food challenge also. So, I did go to the Y and had a great workout. I rode the recumbant bike for 20 minutes and then the eliptical for 20 minutes. I got my pulse up into the 130s. I also did the youth weights for my arms.
