I am truly enjoying having my Y membership back. I try to workout for one our with cardio, and weights and a bit of stretching. The soreness is getting better and my muscles are smiling.

Go to the Y. Get my heart rate up to 135 and sustain it as long as I can. Also do the weight machines and sit up bench. Do my stretching in the morning.
