Breakfast = Quiche w/ 1/2 Eng muffin or Veggies and Egg (3)
2 Coffees (3)
Lunch = Taco Soup
Snack = Banana and one cheese stick
Dinner = 8 WW points (include 1 cup milk) Preplanned on my weekly calender.
