We're constantly looking for new ideas to bring to The Biggest Loser League. Write a blog post with your ideas and suggestions for making The League better than ever!
#1 - Fix all of the web site issues so the web site operates as it was designed to operate. Make sure all features work for all members.
#2 - Move the site on to it's own server - OR - remove some of the ads. This will speed up the page load time and prevent a ton of frustration from the members who do visit the site.
#3 - Support the team leaders more and recognize their contribution to the web site - and those who helped build the site - keeping the few members remaining actively involved in the site.
#4 - Initiate the points reward program - giving incentive to the members to log in daily/weekly to earn those points. There's no use having a points system in place if there is no reason for it.
#5 - Make sure the points system is functioning and the proper amount of points are awarded to each member for completing each task. A serious point advantage was given to many of those currently on the leader board when the User Challenges issued 100 points per challenge rather than 5 or 10 points per challenge. So when the points system is fixed and operational - a points reset might even the playing ground again.
I'm sure I'll think of more .. now to cross my fingers and see if this actually posts or is lost in cyberspace.
