Last weeks goals went pretty well I wanted to loose 2lbs and I lost 3. I did the exercise I wanted and feel really good. I just really want to keep this up!

Last week went really well I lost about 3lbs and deserved every one. My goals this week
1. Keep Food journal and stick to 1300 calories
2. Exercise at least 30 Min per day
3. One day ride bike 2 hours or 26 miles
4. Drink at least 8 glasses water
5. loose 2lbs
I know I can do this so here goes
