I have been keeping track of my calories for the Srping challenge for the past few week on my own. This is the first week that we have been in the challenge and I finally have a decrease in my pounds again. Even though I had a deficit of over 7000....(I will have the actuall total for this week after today) I wasn't able to lose as much as I wanted too. My weigh in was 161.8......last week I was 163.2.....so that makes a total of 1.4 pounds lost. AT least it is a loss again!!!
