A big zero for weight loss this week. At least it wasn't a gain! Still at 158. I was within my calorie range during the week and I put in a lot of exercise....more than I have been doing ...so I know i did what I could. Looking forward to next week!!!
The TCN Challenge is to list 5 things that give us pleasure, so here is my list.
1. Being outside...enjoying my pool....I got it going for the new season yesterday....just a couple more weeks till the water is warm!
2. Going out with my husband and friends.....we went out both Friday and Saturday night...we had a great time!
3. Painting....I didn't do any....I will soon again.
4. Fixing things when they are broke...and not having to hire someone...I like being able to get things done on my own! This I do PRN....like yeserday whn part of our fence had a board broke.....I went and got a peice of wood to fix it ..got out the ladder hammer and nails and did it!
5. Listening to music.....I love to find news groups that I haven't heard and listening to what they have.....I do this all the time. Fox news out of Houston has a cool site that lets you DL local bands free.
