#1 - What is your current eating plan? {How many calories a day, what types of food, special diet restrictions, etc...}
I seldom eat breakfast or lunch. I have been trying to take a yogurt drink with me to work to have for breakfast. I sometimes get fast food for lunch if someone goes and gets it, but not very often...less than once or twice a month. My husband and I usually always go out for dinner....I seldom cook anymore. This I need to change. I do not eat white bread or sugar. I use only whole wheat pastas when I do cook. I don't drink soda, it is mostly unsweetened ice tea and coffee. I do use slenda in both and real cream in my coffee.
#2 - What types of activities and exercise are you doing on a regular basis? {please don't be afraid to say NONE - I just need to know where everyone is at so I can plan challenges that will benefit us all}
I don't do much exercice currently. I do have an elipitcal rider and a total gym that just seem to grow dust! I swim laps a couple time a week in the pool. I work from 12 to 16 hours a day and am on my feet most all the time. I am a dialysis RN
#3 - What are your short term and long term goals?
I would like to lose 20 pounds by my birthday which is Dec 24. I want to get to 145 by spring. I lost over 120 pounds 8 years ago and have put back on about 45 pounds in the last 2 years, I am stopping it now before it gets like it was before.
#4 - What do you hope to gain from being a member of The Chubby Network?
Support and motivation from people all over. The challenges will help me get going!!
#5 - What do you need the most help with?
Motivation and help with time managing, I am not sure how to exercise when my work schedule is 5am to 8 pm on MWF and 5am to 5pm on TTS, my shedule varies I work 4 days a week and it just depends on the days I am scheduled how long I work. Support from others is what I see the most here and I like it.
