Wow, So yeah it's been a while, like a month. I am still sticking with the exercise and I took my Certification exam and I still have like 2 more weeks until I get my results. I am not a very patient person and I am applying to almost every gym in the area!
I have only lost a couple of pounds this month but my clothes are fitting better, so I imagine that I must be gaining muscle, everyone is telling me that I am slimming down except my scale, but oh, well.
I have my next 5K on Thanksgiving and if anyone is in the Roanoke, VA area I suggest participating in the Drumstick Dash. you can run or walk and it is for a great cause. Besides, what a great way to get a workout in before all the holiday festivities begin. I am hoping to beat my 29 min record and have been running at least 3 times a week about 3 or so miles each time, so I think I can handle this.
It is so easy to exercise for me, I love it and look forward to all the wonderful endorphins that are released during activity, my issue has been my diet, I hate writing everything down and living around a couple of guys that have amazing metabolism and can order pizza several times a week makes my salads and grilled chicken breast not that appetizing, but I will stick with it to the end see my goal wait....one day!
