The toughest workout challeng for me was this Sunday. After not doing anything for 2 days, I wanted to catch up some time by doing a 2 hour workout (my first I might add). Well I started off well but there was about 45 minutes left and that's when the struggle came in. My legs were so tight and sore and I wanted to stop. I stay determined to finish by using the treadmill display. I would look at the interval time and see that I only had 5 left. I would tell myself that I'm half way done. I would also ask myself how I would feel if I just quit now. I know that I would be upset with myself if I had quit. So I continued on. I did finish the workout and I was very excited that I did. I felt accomplished.
