I just want to write down how great I feel after opening up about my struggle with catching up with passed challenges. I opened up to my team and they responded with suggestions, encouragement, and inspiration. I just have to give huge praise to this awesome team that I have been a part of. I want to shout out "The Down Sizers team is the best!!!!" Each of the members bring great things to this team. You are all awesome. I am proud of each of you.
