I am still trying to catch up on challenges. Today I did the following:
Planks........done
wallsits........done
75 leg swings (each leg)...... done
Walked 3.5 miles .............. only another 3.5 to go
5 minutes mediation ......... done
I would like to finish the rest of my miles and do the yoga tonite. I will see how I feel when that time comes.
I am sore but it feels great to know what I have accomplished today. I am looking forward to do some kind of workout everyday.
