It was a gorgeous day today in Northwest Indiana. I love being outside. I love to play with the kids. Tomorrow while the kids are in school, I will be DEEP cleaning their rooms to get ready for painting. I will be burning some calories while I get the rooms ready. It's a big job but I am up for the challenge. I feel this is a jumpstart to getting back to working out and actually taking the time to do what I need to do to make myself healthier. Any movement is better than NOTHING!!! Truly blessed to have another day.
