Well today it hit 60 degrees here in the Chicagoland area. It was so awesome to feel the warmth and sun on my face. I took the kids to the park and we played and ran around. It has been a long time that I wasn't out of breath from running. That was a great feeling. I absolutely will do it more. My knees didn't hurt either. My kids say I'm still slow but I will prove them wrong and then they'll be sorry. Hee! Hee! I just wish this weather would stay. I know springtime is just around the corner, though.
