I would say my toughest workout challenges are when I don't get to the gym due to other obligations. I have a hard time getting back if I have missed several days. And that first workout always kills me because I always workout so much harder at the gym than at home. I plan on looking in to heart rate monitors and hopefully talk hubby into letting me get one for my birthday in march. Hopefully that will help me to stay at max workout no matter where I am.
Other than that I love exercise it always makes me feel better and if I can make myself get back to my routine this week I shouldn't have too many problems. I have revised my workout routine for this week to
Home ab routine, squats, and walking in place = 1 hour mon - friday
dancing or aerobics = atleast 30 minutes home or gym mon - friday
gym 3 times 30 minutes circuit training and 30 min on bike
Saturday last chance workout at gym 2 hours and weigh in
Sunday day of active rest with some yoga hopefully Planned activity total 13 hours
