I either eat raisin bran without sugar added or special K with strawberries every morning with usually a banana or orange. try to drink orange juice if I have it and lately have been having black coffee or would say coffee water lol (half 8oz cup of water/ half cup black coffee). Unless I know I am going to have a special function to go to later in the day I usually get most of my calories for breakfast.
