I clean the house while listening to my ipod. I'll dance and sing and have a great time wile cleaning and getting a workout at the same time.
It doesn't matter ewhat songs you listen to as long as they make you move.

I am estatic that I am continuing to loose weight, but I am worried about what might happoen if I start gaining again... oir what I should do once I reach a level if that level isnb;'t where I want to be. I could work harder, but I might feel like giving up.
But instead of worring about negative things that MIGHT not happen... I am going to be happy with the progress I have made. I haqve made a lifestyle change and I think I will reach a point where I will be level and happy with my weight as well as with my health and food choices.

Although I did loose some weight, and everyone has been able to tell that I have lost weight, I don't think I am doing enough.
I have been eating so much better, and I have been watching what I eat for sweets/fats.
I have been doing a little exersizing, but I have not been doing enough. I sit on my butt and go online for hours, and I lay in bed watching TV or surfing the web every morning and night.
I am proud or myself though because I have started taking walks, and although it has only been the second day taking a walk, I intend to keep it up.
It will be easier now because the weather is nice enough to go out and when all the snow is gone I will dig out my bike and start riding my bike again.
So I do have a plan, I just wish I started this plan earlier. I need to figure out what I can do during the winter, because I don't want the same thing to happen each winter with me not wanting to go outside, and not knowing what to do inside.
The biggest thing I have done this month is walk around Boston with my friends, and I have been taking walks around my neighborhood as well. I even feed the ducks some stale breadtoday. It was fun like when I was a kid.
I have to keep this up!
