I feel like I'm starting over. I stopped working on C25K ... heck, I stopped doing much of anything. And big shock I gained 6 pounds. But I'm going to pick myself up and try again. I'm walking. And I'm going to add joggin in to the mix starting Saturday. I'm going to do Power Sculpt 2-3 times a week. And yoga 4 times a week. That's my new work-out routine. I'll get motivated again. I may not be there yet entirely ... but I'm willing to play the "fake it until you make it" game for right now.
