Once again ... it shows my original blog post but didn't give me credit for completeing. So here it is again!
This one is easy! I have 4 resolutions this year.
(1) Complete the C25K program 1st Qtr 2010.
(2) Run (yes, RUN) a 5K in April.
(3) Reach my goal weight of 158 in 2010. (Sub-goal: Try to acheive by the end of August)
(4) Successfully get in to and hold all the poses in Namaste yoga DVD volume 1
