A balance between exercise, good nutrituion, rest & relaxation, huh? Well ... I try. This week I've extended my work-out schedule to be at least 60 minutes in the morning (exercise); I'm substituting black beans for meat in tonight's chili (nutrition); I always make sure I get enough sleep (rest); I'm adding yoga to my after-work routine to try to de-stress at the end of each day (relaxation).
