Once again ... it shows my original blog post but didn't give me credit for completeing. So here it is again!
This one is easy! I have 4 resolutions this year.
(1) Complete the C25K program 1st Qtr 2010.
(2) Run (yes, RUN) a 5K in April.
(3) Reach my goal weight of 158 in 2010. (Sub-goal: Try to acheive by the end of August)
(4) Successfully get in to and hold all the poses in Namaste yoga DVD volume 1

****UPDATE*** I successfully completed w3d1 today!!! FINALLY!!!!
Well, I blogged on 11/18 that I was on week 2 day 2. Here it is December 16 and I still haven't made it through week 3 day 1. But I managed to run most of it. Still 30 seconds short ... twice. Maybe next week will be the week I break through. No. Next week WILL be the week I break through.

Well ... week 2 - day 2 is successfully completed. And in some weird way it seemed harder than W2D1. I mean, it's exactly the same but it just seemed harder. I think it's just because I was really tired this morning. Stayed up too late watching TBL, lol.
