The Biggest Loser League

I'm not a big fan of the heat or the sun (am very fair), but in the summer, I love to take long walks on the beach and then dive into the cold New England water!  I use a high SPF factor sunscreen and also a large, sun-resistant floppy hat that I bought before going to Mexico one year--really helps cover my face and neck.

Right now, I go to Zumba twice a week and take 30 minute walks three times a week.  I'd like to start working out on my Pilates machine again for toning and strength exercises.

Am planning to add hand weights to a 20-minute workout that I do on this tiny, lower-body elliptical machine I have to get my heart rate higher and my arms leaner.

I recently started taking Zumba classes.  Went to my second one last night, and it seems to be going well.  Definitely is a challenge, but I'm getting the foot and arm work down.  It's extremely fast paced and jumpy (well, I do it as low-impact as possible), so my new shoes and new sports bra are a huge help!
