Instead of drinking a regular orange soda, which I allow myself to do once in a while, I got the sugar free version and couldn't really tell the difference.

I usually microwave a small bag of light/reduced fat popcorn. It takes a while to eat and is filling.

Dinner #2: 4 oz. lean ham steak, 1 cup steamed brown rice, pineapple
Dinner #2: 4 oz. grilled turkey burger on 2 slices multigrain toasted bread, tossed salad with low fat dressing
