I am not a person that watches TV much at all 30 minutes a day is about all I can handle. I hae 2 children and one is neer still. in order to run his energy down to where he isn't hyperactive we run a relay for 10 minutes each day. we set up two cones outside at the grass area of our apartments and I have 6 2lb medicine balls that we race to get. the firs one to get all of their balls to one side and then back to the other wins. the first half is to get the balls to the starting line by running one at a time in different positions to win then we run them back to the first line where they were for the second half of the race. usually we fall down laughing at the end.
we also do jumping jacks, flour sack relays, and daily walks. I really enjoy the time with my family and hope that we will do these even when he gets older.
