My goal is to reach my goal weight by April 13 with the help of the body bugg. As part of that goal, I have decided to try to log 100 hours of exercise within that time period. So far this week I have done 7.25 hours with 3 days left to log the other 5.25 hours. I should be able to accomplish that. This week I have done the following:
Monday .75 hr run/walk c25k w4/1
Tuesday .5 BL Cardio, .5 BL Boot Camp, 2.0 run/walk treadmill
Wednesday 1.00 run/walk c25k w4/2
Thursday .5 WA#, .5 run/walk c25K w4/3, .75 B&F, .75 Yoga
