I call this recipe "Orange Fluff"
1 20 oz can crushed pineapple in its own juice
2 cups lowfat buttermilk
2 small pkg orange sugar-free jell-o
8 oz lite cool whip
In medium saucepan, bring the pineapple to a boil. Add jell-o and cool to room temp. Add the buttermilk and cool whip. Blend well. Pour into 9X13 pan and refrigerate. Cut into 12 portions. Calories/portion=90
