Hello everyone. I am OFFICIALLY back in the saddle. It has been a LONG month. On June 26 my granddaughter was born and we went to GA for 2 weeks. I took my running shoes and still ran 3X/wk, but that was it. No more exercise (except for running after 3 kids!!) and eating was terrible and sleeping on an air mattress wasn’t the best. Then I came home and we were having our hardwood floors refinished. So we were living out of one room, still sleeping on an air mattress. Still running and back to the Y for exercise and yoga classes. Eating was still bad ‘cause I had no stove to cook on. Floors were finished last Thursday and on Friday my daughter and her family came in for the weekend. (gave up my bed for an air mattress—again!!) Son-in-law and I ran a 5k on Saturday which was fun. I’ve never had anyone to run with before. Birthday party for 4-yr-old granddaughter on Sunday (cake & Ice Cream—yummy). Anyway, I am back to work and DD and family are leaving this morning. So I am officially up 6 lb and back on the wagon. I am hoping to eat 1200 cal/day and burn 2700 cal/day to lose 3 lb/week and knock this weight off quickly. And I will get to sleep in my own bed tonight!!! WHOO-HOOO!
