OK, I have forgiven myself for yesterday's bad eating day. I am now looking forward to tomorrow's 5K. I love running!! It is supposed to be cool as well. I hate running in the heat! I am also up about 1 1/2 lb. I'm ok as long as I don't hit 145, but need to start watching again. I'm a little frustrated with the body bugg right now. I got it mid-Feb and for 12 weeks it was right on--within about 1/2 lb I lost exactly what it predicted I should. But in the past 10 weeks (Spring into summer challenge) I estimated I should have a deficit of 17,500 to lose an additional 5 lb. My deficit has topped 30,000 and I have lost 3.4 lb. According to the body bugg I should have lost about 8.5 lb. I didn't care to lose more than 5, but I'm frustrated that the numbers don't match. I know Willo will say I'm not counting my calories right, but I'm doing exactly what I was when the numbers were right. Don't know what to do. Evidently I need to stay at about a 400 cal deficit to maintain and that makes no sense. I may have to call the body bugg people and see if this is a common problem. I love it for how it got those last 15 lb off of me so easily, I just am a numbers person and like for them to match.
