Wow, I feel it already. Glad today is gym day. I have eaten terribly today!!! I always weigh in on Thursday and usually treat myself to a cinnamon roll for breakfast on my way to work. Ok, first I needed a little to get me ready to run, so I ate 1/2 PBJ sand. Then off to run 3 miles. Then Chocolate Milk to feed my system after the run. Then I got the cinnamon roll. Not terrible--yet. The orange for snack, pbj for lunch then I went to McDonalds---I had a coupon for a free (can't resist that) brownie melt. Thought since it was my weigh in day today would be the day to do that. Not only that, but ice cream to go with it!!! I feel like---terrible right now--like I need a nap--too many carbs!!! The only saving grace is that today is the day I go to the gym and have a "Burn & Firm" class and a yoga class. I usually do 20 minutes or so of cardio before class as well. Maybe that will burn off all these carbs. Don't know why I do this to my body--it hates it!! Back to eating healthily tomorrow---probably even tonight after the gym--feeling UCKKY right now.
