OK, it is confirmed--Old ladies don't run. At least not in my neck of the woods. I ran my second 5K this morning and won my division again--by default. I was the only 60 female running. I guess I should take pride in that. There are always several "old" men, but no one my age or older.
I also met my goal of breaking 35 minutes. Ran it in 34:16. It was all on flat ground, though--that makes a BIG difference.
Anyway, I am feelin' fine right now!!
