I had a pretty good week overall. Total calorie deficit of around 5,000 calories which equates to about 1.5 lb. Going is slow now with a RMR of only 1200!!
Walked and ran about 7 miles on Saturday. Good thing, b/c I overdid it on Banana Pudding on Sunday. Oh well, today is a new day and I am back on track.
Planning to do another 5K this Saturday--flat ground this time, thank goodness--hills on the last one were TOUGH!
Turning to exercise instead of food has really helped me recently in light of my mother's illness and the death of a friend. Life happens and I am trying my best not to rely on food to help me through it.
Hope everyone had a Happy Easter and now are ready to move on to a successful week.
