Ok, The body bugg is right on---I guess my body is just crazy. I was on track for week one--way down for week two--way up for week three---and right on track for week four. My plan was 1.5 lb/wk and this morning I am down 6.2 for 4 weeks---whooo--hoooo!!! This feels so good after being stuck for 8 months . I am within 4 lb of my new goal--hmmmm maybe a new goal is in order. I am at 149 today---My first goal was 150----2nd 145---Now I am thinking I may be able to make it to 140 or even 135. We'll see how the weight keeps coming off, how I look, and how I feel. I can say that 149 feels sooooo much better than 200!!!
