My goals for this week are: Maintain at least a 750 calorie deficit (prefer 1000)--do that by working out at least 1hour/day....Complete week 5 of the c2k5k plan (yikes--20 minute run!).....Workout through the whole biggest loser program (easier this week--it's a 2-parter)...If all this happens, I should lose another 1.5 lb and be only 7 lb away from my goal.
