I did it. My plan with the BB was to have a 750 calorie deficit. According to my calculations, I had an average deficit of around 950. I lost 1.6 lb. 1.5 was the goal. According to BB Calculations, I had a defict of only 800. That's ok. Now I am analyzing what I may have missed writing down (sugarless gum=5 cal/2 pc and I use it several times a day to keep from eating) I guess that would add some--still searching for hidden calories. Anyway, I am so happy that I met the first week's goal. If I can keep this up, I will reach my goal weight by April 9!!!
