I love the body bugg!! It has made me sooo aware of what I am eating and how much it takes to burn it off. I have it set to consume 1450 and burn 2200/day. At that rate I should lose 1.5 lb/week. We'll see on Thursday. I really think twice about how what I eat will affect the bottom line. If I eat a bit too much, I know I have to work it off.
I am in week 4 of C25k. I can't believe I actually ran for 5 minutes at a time. It really wasn't that hard. I am so excited to run the 5k in April. Never dreamed of being a runner, but I think I will love running outside--I am still on the treadmill-setting the incline up a little. This is all so different and exciting to me--unlike anything I have done before. Hopefully I will NEVER be fat again.
