WOW!!! I bought Dr. Huizenga's book, "Where Did All the Fat Go?". I read it completely over the weekend--and lost 2 lb! I am trying to do his two-a-day workouts drinking a protein shake after each. Maybe that made the difference. Have been at a plateau with 15 lb left to go. Everyone should read this book!! It sounds better than going to the ranch!
