Been a long three months, I've been challenging myself to work out and drink more water.. I've done well with cutting the soda, used to drink 3-4 diet cokes a day.. now Maybe I have it once or twice a week. Have successfully worked out at least 3 times per week but really try for 5. Have increased my workouts to 50-70 minutes life permitting.
Had a serious struggle with the scale, it was going up and down and back up and then nothing and then down and up.. worst roller coaster 10 pounds ever.. But, feeling good today as the scale finally moved in my favor... was 295 last friday and last night (and double checked this morning) 284... AWSOME is all I can say.. I am so happy I did not give up.. more motivation to curb those cheating days. not to say I don't eat dessert and go to restaurants often.. but portion control is helping.
Hopefully in the next week or so I can say good bye to 280 and hello to the 270's.. baby steps... that is how it all begins..

It's late in the week so I will commit to this for next week. 1. No Soda, not even at work. 2. No Chips with my sandwich. 3. down the stairs all week no elevator (except up, I get too dizzy and my pacemaker kicks in)
I'm excited about these last few pounds, I have not been working out and have not been on a strict diet, have just trying not to lose control and eat everything in site. Not bad I would say.. just imagine if I had tried how much I could have lost..
