I hit 25 lbs this week and have my eye set at 30 now. Slow and steady. I went through my closets this weekend and pulled 3/4 of my plus size clothes. Oh that felt good, no that felt GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yet another day of snow and rain. UGH! So today I hit 28 lbs. YAHOO! Now that the weekend is here its time to stay focused and eat right.

It is snowing like crazy and then its raining. Crazy weather all day. I however am getting ready to hit the Wii and get a little exercise in.
Medifast

I have started my second month on Medifast and things are good overall. I did have a few weak moments and paid for it on the scale. Frustrating considering I could be even further ahead in the game. I am really hopeful that this will be my key to losing it for good. I have several friends who are all doing it it so it makes it easier. I have even started to exercise more and trying to look at adding some new things.
