I like to exercise. Walking, DVD, or the Wii is a great pick me up. It's getting the energy needed to start and once you do ... you are soooo glad you did.

Day 1 of my 90 day challenge:
I renewed my subscription to WW after letting it lapse over the last few months. I probably could have done without it, but didn't want to guess or give into being to lax on this. I figure if I can really devote myself for a 90 day period and can really make some improvement in my health as well as my weight. I also plan to exercise daily and then continue to build on that by increasing my times, my miles, and overall stamina.
