The Biggest Loser League

Welp, besides some housework i didn't do much more then housework again today. I forgot my gym shoes this morning, and my gym partner ended up bailing out on me anyway. So tonight i put my gym clothes already in the car and am taking tomorrow's aerobics class, by myself if i have to.

I spent the day writing an essay at my computer while my daughter visited Grandma and Grandpa. The most physical thing i did was load the dish washer.

I helped haul wood tonight for my parents wood fireplace. They stock the basement good before winter so the wood stays dry, so i carried bin after bin of wood down the stairs for over an hour - a ridiculous amount, and then i helped load another truck and trailer full but thankgoodness more help arrived and i didn't have to unload it! I'm sore tonight, i already took an advil and i am desperate for my bed.

I raked today and spread seed and soil - calories burned: no idea
