I have really not been exercising much for weeks. It's been some what of a stressful summer, and I have gained around ten pounds these last few weeks. Instead of beating myself up over it I've decided to start fresh a new start at 185 and make the change. I'm going to really focus on this when my kids and husband both start school on august 23rd. I plan on devoting a ton of time during the day to finally finish what I had started and when I've lost every bit I've wanted to I will have said goodbye to over a 100 pounds. I have to pray for strength because my eating has been horrible.
