I always find the weekend tough because it isn't as regimented as my week. So once again I'm reading Kathy Smith: "I constantly hear people say, 'I wish I'd worked out today.' But I never hear anyone say 'I wish I hadn't worked out.' Keep in mind that you'll always feel better in the end."

I'm always glad when Tuesday comes and I get my dose of TBL. This past Friday I was looking for some inspiration and if you read my post on the boards today you'll know what happened. So I got this from Kathy Smith's book and I thought I would share: "Don't just focus on reaching your end goals. The real success lies in taking control and making it happen right now."
