We're heading for the finish line of our League-Wide Fall 500-mile Challenge! Several of us have already made the 500-mile goal .. and the rest of the group is coming along strong. Details of the Winter Challenge will be posted in the next few weeks! If you're interested in participating, stay tuned to the Message Boards here at the Biggest Loser League to get all the details for signing up! The "Official" sign up thread will be posted the first week of December. I hope to see you there!

If I could sum up Pete Thomas' lecture last night in to just a few words it would be: "Work Out 90 minutes a day - twice a day. Get your heart rate up! Take one day of "active rest". I highly recommend that everyone who can calls in to these free lectures too each week too - just go to www.winningman.com to find out how!
