I was cleaning out my contacts and oops-I was trying to visit the pages first. I am sorry I did not get to yours and post before removing it from my page. I am leaving the biggest loser site because of the inactivity and tech problems. I will be over on sparkpeople fulltime- are you over there? Let me know . Thank you all for the welcomes! It is so good to know that others are also on this journey. I get the impression there are not to many people on this site that are continuing there journey or at least not here anyway. I started a team because I could not find any active teams BUT I would like to join a team because I have over 100 pounds to lose still and it is so much easier to do this with others rather then alone. If any of you could let me know if there are teams that are active that would great! I look forward to getting to know all of you, and thanks again.

Welcome to the BLL. Thank you for the contact request. I read your blog and I see you like to excercise on the Ball. That is one of my favorite ways to excercise also. I love to bend back over the ball to stretch out my sore muscles. It's great for doing modified push ups and easier when you do crunches. Congrats on your weight loss so far. That is great! Keep up the good work! Janice
