Three things I plan to do this week to sustain me would be to:
1. Drink at least 32oz of water from my reusable bottle. I typically drink little water.
2. Exercise daily!! I have really become sedentary the last few years.
3. Eat breakfast daily. I do not like breakfast and would prefer to eat one meal at supper time. After reading and watching BL I am trying to make this change in my life.
